1948 Farmall Model M Tractor

This is a 1948 Farmall Model M tractor. The tractor itself is in great running condition and in good cosmetic condition as well. There is a crack in the bellhousing on one side (see close-up picture below). The tractor still drives and runs fine. I know the bellhousing can be fixed (stitch welded), but I would prefer to sell it as is. My Dad restored this tractor about 5-6 years ago. He purchased new back tires on it about two years ago. This tractor in our local parade and has it set up so you can pull a utility trailer behind it. The tractor was a real crowd pleaser in the local parades. I have paperwork and manuals for it as well. I ended up with cause the owner just wanted there hay money outta her. I wanted a horse so I bought her. I have come to realize she is way to much for me to handle. I would like for her to go to someone that can handle her and teach her the stuff she needs to know. Im also willing to trade for a broke horse or even one that I can hatler or just plain touch. 1953 Ford Jubilee-Good conditions-runs- Rotary mower not included. This is an early Ford Jubilee Serial number NAA05896. It does smoke a little, three point works great, PTO works great, rebuilt carburetor. This is the most collectable Ford Tractor, it has the Red Tiger Motor (32 hp) overhead valves. This tractor also has the foot rest toolbox (these sell for $250.00 by themselves. The sheet metal hood excellent, dog legs fair, grill not pictured is a little bent. This is an original tractor with, 6 volt generator, starts right up. I have owned it now for 3 years and I need more horsepower. I would like to restore it completly, but in order to get more HP wife says sell. So first $2399 or best offer takes it. These tractors sell for $10,000 plus restored. Motor runs good starts right up, it does smoke a little, good compression. One excellent rear tire, one ok, front fair. Has wheel weights both front and back (rare). It's ready to restore or use.
