I am renting a room in my 3 bedroom home for $350 (negotiable with additional chores completed)with kitchen and laundry privileges. I am a middle aged woman with limited physical capacity. I have a small dog and can not have additional animals in my home. I prefer a non-smoker and I have absolutely no tolerance for alcohol or drug use.
