This mechanism fits in a 12" cupboard. If cupboard doesn't have a drawer it will pull up to counter top height, but even with a drawer it safely pulls up heavy stand mixers, processors, blenders and then stores them away in the cupboard.

When buying mechenism new, it doesn't come with shelf, this one has the shelf included.
The brand is rev-a-shelf. The picture just shows how it looks installed
