Incredibly unique hand built mailbox as an homage to the Von Dutch flying eye. Unfortunately, I don’t know the history of this piece. It’s made of steel. The wings both function as mailbox flags. The center of the eye is an old side mirror, likely from a motorcycle. The stand mimics old school pin striping. Finished in a high quality copper toned sparkle paint. It would probably look great polished and waxed. Whoever made this put a lot of thought into it.
