We bought this brand new for $400. Only used it maybe two months. Basically brand new. No stains or dents or anything. It does make a noise when it rocks, and I can send a video to show that, but it’s not as loud when you have a baby in there. I think since it’s empty, that noise seems louder. It has a lot of cool things: rocking motion, music or white noise option with different volume settings, and vibration. You can also set it up to where it hears the baby cry and will automatically start rocking by itself. You can also hook it up via Bluetooth to your phone if you want to play specific noises through the speakers.
