These are project vehicles being sold as a package deal. Buyer must arrange towing/transport
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
• Two complete 1948 Jeepster bodies (green/cream and brown)
• ONE original Go-Devil L-head 4-cylinder engine (in brown vehicle)
• Original chrome grilles on both
• Front and rear bumpers (both vehicles)
• All four wheels
• Original gauge clusters and steering wheels
• Convertible top bows on green Jeepster
• Various original trim pieces and parts
VEHICLE #1 - GREEN/CREAM JEEPSTER:
- Body has rust on fenders and hood
- No engine (engine bay empty)
- Better structural condition in some areas than brown vehicle
- Has convertible top frame/bows
- Has interior seat frames
- Some original chrome intact
VEHICLE #2 - BROWN JEEPSTER:
- Original Go-Devil engine included (not running)
- Has rust on body
- Good parts donor for many components
A skilled builder could combine the best parts from both to create one solid Jeepster, then part out or keep the remaining components for spares. Only 19,131 Jeepsters were built from 1948-1950. These "phaeton" style roadsters are increasingly collectible. Original parts are expensive and hard to find, making a parts donor extremely valuable.
