Due to upcoming life changes I am looking to rehome the sweetest mare, miss Lady. She can be ridden bit-less and bareback. No spook whatsoever. She is around dogs, goats, cats daily. Iv thrown kids on her and she has taken amazing care of them. We’ve thrown a saddle on her after months of not being ridden and she is the same. She has never offered to rear or buck. She loads, ties, and hauls amazing. She is the perfect beginner horse for a young one learning to ride, or a person looking for a calm trail horse.
We got her back in June with swollen eyes, major infected wounds on her face, and way overdue for her hooves to be done and teeth to be floated. We got a vet out within a week of bringing her home, where they got her teeth floated and full checkup. We then got her hooves done a few days after.
She is currently in amazing shape. Her face is all healed, and her hooves are done regularly every 10 weeks. Her terrible haircut is grown out lol. Her teeth are due to be done. She’s 15 hands, and vet aged her in her 20’s. The vet said she has mild arthritis but nothing that needs to be treated. So I give her a joint supplement I got from the feed store.
