During the time I’ve owned her, Mocha has shown an incredible willingness to learn and a truly special personality. She is extremely sweet, gentle, and people-oriented. She is very calm and naturally more of a “woah” than “go” type, which makes her a very enjoyable and confidence-boosting ride. She can go out alone or with other horses and has not shown fear of new environments or situations. Honestly, I have never met another horse like her—instead of spooking at new things, she becomes curious and wants to investigate. Because of this, she would make an excellent trail horse and I believe she has the potential to be a great kids or family horse with the right match.
Mocha gets along with other horses, but she does best when she has her own space, as she can occasionally be bossy toward other horses. With people, she is nothing but a sweetheart—she will follow you around, loves attention, and definitely enjoys her treats.
She loads easily into the trailer, stands well, picks up all four feet, and does great with the farrier. Overall, she is very easy to handle and a pleasure to be around.
Mocha is being offered for sale through no fault of her own. I truly feel she deserves a person of her own—someone who can spend more time riding her and giving her the one-on-one attention she thrives on. I am a bit too tall for her, and I currently have two older horses that I plan on keeping—one is retired and the other is my main ride for my escaramuza team—so unfortunately I don’t have enough time to ride Mocha as often as she deserves. I can provide more recent pictures and videos riding her if really interested

Mocha es una hermosa yegua baya de aproximadamente 5–6 años de edad. Según me informaron cuando la compré, es una cruza de Cuarto de Milla con Frisón. Es de estatura pequeña, probablemente no más de 14.5 manos.
Durante el tiempo que la he tenido, Mocha ha demostrado tener una gran disposición para aprender y una personalidad muy especial. Es una yegua muy dulce, tranquila y apegada a las personas. Es más del tipo “tranquila” que “acelerada”, lo que la hace muy cómoda y segura para montar. Puede salir sola o acompañada por otros caballos sin problema y no se asusta de cosas nuevas. Al contrario, suele ser curiosa y se acerca a investigar. Por eso, sería una excelente yegua para senderos (trail) y creo que, con la persona adecuada, podría ser una muy buena yegua para niños o familia.
Mocha se lleva bien con otros caballos, pero prefiere tener su propio espacio, ya que a veces puede ser un poco dominante con ellos. Con las personas es todo lo contrario: es muy cariñosa, te sigue a todos lados y le encantan las golosinas.
Carga muy fácil al remolque, levanta bien las cuatro patas y se porta muy bien con el herrador. En general, es una yegua muy fácil de manejar y agradable.
Mocha está en venta sin ser por culpa de ella. Realmente merece tener una persona propia, alguien que pueda dedicarle más tiempo, montarla con más frecuencia y darle la atención que se merece. Yo soy un poco alta para ella y actualmente tengo dos caballos mayores que planeo conservar (uno está retirado y el otro es mi caballo para mi equipo de escaramuza), por lo que no tengo el tiempo suficiente para montarla como debería.
