Fresno & Dinuba, CA
Sunshine Residential Home is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee operations at two Adult Residential Facilities located in Fresno and Dinuba, California.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of two ARF sites in compliance with Community Care Licensing regulations
Coordinate services with assigned Regional Center Service Coordinators
Ensure facility compliance with Title 22 and all applicable state regulations
Supervise direct care staff and support individualized resident care plans
Maintain all required documentation, records, and licensing compliance
Requirements:
Valid ARF Administrator Certificate issued by Community Care Licensing (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with a California Regional Center most preferably CVRC or KRC.
Working knowledge of Community Care Licensing regulations and Title 22
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to travel between Fresno and Dinuba locations as needed (30mins commute)
Compensation: $5000 monthly salary
