I am not looking for a room in a house I'm looking to be by myself in a studio or an apartment by myself I'm not looking to have roommates if at all possible also application fees whether it's for the application or what have you I will do this in person if there's a feed be paid I will do it after I look at the apartment and I will pay the fee in cash in hand to the owner or to the property management after I see the apartment or studio.
