Armstrong Property Management is seeking a motivated, reliable, and professional Rental Coordinator to join our team in Visalia. We operate a fast-paced, high-energy office, making this an ideal role for an organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping people.
The Details:
*Schedule: Monday – Friday.
*Status: Part-Time (possible full time)
Experience: Previous property management experience is a plus but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who possesses a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
*Administrative Support: Assisting team members with essential daily clerical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
*Communication: Managing a multi-line phone system and directing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
*Organization: Handling data entry, digital filing, and maintaining accurate tenant and owner documentation.
*Customer Service: Acting as a primary point of contact for residents and vendors, providing helpful and timely solutions.
