Hi, I have a room for rent. I'm looking for a housemate (just one person in a room, no pets, no drugs, and no sharing a room). The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. You're only minutes away from shops, restaurants, clinics, and Kaweah Delta Hospital. Prefer working professionals since we all work full-time. Cross streets are Ben Maddox Way and K Ave.
-$650/month for the room.
-A $500 security deposit.
-The bedroom is furnished (including its own lock), so it's move-in ready.
-The bathroom is shared.
-Utility is included (water, garbage, internet, gas, and electricity (just be mindful during the summertime)).
-Washer and Dryer are inside the house.
-No guests
-Limited kitchen use (Best if you don't cook)
-Must have a clean background.
-Must have paystubs to verify income.
-Credit score 680 or higher.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, quiet, drama-free, and won't be hosting parties or large gatherings in the house since it’s in a quiet community. It's a 4-bedroom house, so everyone has their own room. We are all clean, respectful, and QUIET. Perfect if that is you. We all have full-time jobs and keep to ourselves. Perfect for out-of-the-area workers.
