I have a single-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath house with a pool. 1 room is available. I am a retired woman and half the time I am in the Bay area and half the time in Visalia. The other two people who live here; one is retired and one is a young working man. We go our separate ways but are friendly with each other. We are looking for a calm, honest, positive, clean housemate.
The kitchen has marble countertops, ceramic floors throughout the house and hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The living room is carpeted. My Son lives in Visalia and on occassion my grandchildren visit with me.
The house is furnished, kitchen supplied, washer and dryer. We are located off of Demaree. It is a corner lot on a cul-de-sac, 3 homes on each side. This neighborhood has many cul-de-sacs with a walking path thru the parks at the end of the cul-de-sacs. There is very little traffic as only the people who live here drive here because of the non drive thru streets.
Grocery stores,(Winco is 3 blocks away) gas stations,(Chevron on the corner) Home Depot (opposite corner to Chevron) are close by. 6 min to the 198 and 10 min to the 99. Very safe, quiet and private neighborhood as most streets are the cul-de-sacs.
