Porterville Chrysler is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is driven by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Guide customers through the sales process from greeting to delivery
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and financing options
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and demeanor
