Hardly takes any room to store it. I have it set up for wider 48" wide pallets but you can easily move the wheels to standard 42" pallets so it takes even less room. I've learned some tricks so I never move the wheels even for pallets bigger than 48"x48".

Tons of uses: construction, lifting engines, jacking up vehicles, moving logs, I've even used it as an adjustable height bench. Works great, was using a backup for my old forklift but that one runs great now so no longer need both.
